I had a broken part and have requested help several times regarding whether the part would be repaired or replaced. No one is helping me or responding.

I told them if I didn't receive help by March 31 (which is 15 days after letting them know there was a problem) that I would be writing a poor review. No response = poor review. They just don't seem to care about their customers and are not good with communication. I like their products but after spending more than $1,000, I'd expect at least a response on how to get my product fixed.

I'll remove this review once I receive info and when my product is fixed.

It'd also be nice to speak to someone on the phone. Please provide a phone number; not everyone has time to chat about problems.

Light not working and no one replied to any of my emails or texts.

Along with tried to call. No reply, I wasnt able to have my weekly live as my light didnt work. I expected high end customer service considering this ring light costed 4 times the amount I have ever spent on a ring light. I was referred to this from a friend.

I would have normally never spent the amount I did on a ring light but after seeing the customer service on top of it I am very unhappy and I would never recommend this to anyone. And I have several friends and family in the business to need one.
